These terms cover your use of this booking site for NailzByBekah. By booking, you agree to them.

Booking an appointment

A booking is a request for a specific time. It is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message, and where a deposit is required, once that deposit is paid.

Deposits and payment

Some services require a deposit to hold the slot. The amount is shown before you pay.
Deposits are processed by Stripe and applied to the total on the day.
The balance is due at your appointment.

Cancellations, changes, and no-shows

Please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or move an appointment — the slot can then be offered to someone else.

Set your own notice window and deposit-refund rule here (for example: "cancel at least 48 hours ahead for a full deposit refund; later cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit"). This paragraph is a placeholder until you decide.

Late arrivals

Arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling, since the following appointment cannot be delayed.

Photos

Inspiration photos you upload are used only to plan your appointment. We will not post photos of your nails publicly without asking you first.

Results

Nail services are performed with care, but results vary with nail condition, aftercare, and daily wear. Tell us about allergies or nail/skin conditions before your appointment.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
