NailzByBekah ("we", "us") uses this site to let clients book appointments, pay a deposit where required, and receive appointment updates. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

Contact details — your name, email address, and mobile number, given when you book.
Appointment details — the service, date and time, any notes or answers you provide, and your booking history.
Inspiration photos — images you choose to upload with a booking.
Payment information — card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
Basic technical data — standard request logs needed to run and secure the site.

How we use it

To schedule, confirm, change, and remind you about your appointments.
To take a deposit where the service requires one, and to issue refunds.
To keep a record of past appointments so we can pick up where we left off.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Text messages

SMS reminders are not active yet. When they launch, they will be opt-in: you will tick a box to consent, and consent is never a condition of booking.

Once live: message frequency varies by appointment. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Mobile numbers are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run bookings: Stripe (payments), our email provider (confirmations and reminders), and Cloudflare (hosting and storage). Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

How long we keep it

Appointment and client records are kept while you remain a client and for a reasonable period afterwards for scheduling history and financial records. Ask us to delete yours at any time and we will, except where we must keep payment records.

Your choices

Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
Ask us to correct or delete it.
Unsubscribe from reminders, or reply STOP to texts once they are live.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
